We are committed to ensuring the best customer experience possible for all our of online and in-person guests. We staff automotive professionals who absolutely love customer service and are here to help.
We're confident with the quality of our service and products and know that you will love the experience as much as we do. However if for some reason you are not satisfied with a product that falls under our return policy, we'll happily facilitate the easiest return possible. See our return policy for more info.
DDF Automotive Inc does not offer warranties on any parts. All parts sold come with a full manufacturer warranty and will help the customer at any chance if or when a claim needs to be made.
Our products are delivered to your door, in a timely manner. After you place an order we promptly process it and send it out. Typically our customers receive their items within 7-10 days of ordering but please note depending on courier availability and shipping address, it could be longer. Don't hesitate to reach our support staff for assistance. Items that qualify as "special order" fall under different timelines. Please see "special orders" below for more.
Items must be returned in new and unused, unisntalled condition, unless there is a manufacture defect. All packaging must be reusable and include all paperwork, parts and accessories originally in the box at delivery. Items must be returned within 30 days upon receipt.
All returns are refunded promptly but it's important to note that if an order was shipped under "free shipping", DDF essentially paid for the shipping charge. We will reimburse the original receipt amount minus the originally incurred shipping charge. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. All shipping fees paid by the customer are not refundable.

In the event of a manufacture defect, first of all, we do everything we can to avoid any issues but from time-to-time, the unexpected can happen. Please inspect all items thoroughly at time of delivery and report any issues right away. Under no circumstances are we to reimburse installation fees.
Bottom line: returned merchandise that doesn't arrive to us in appropriate condition will NOT be refunded in full or at all. Please be sure you want what you're ordering before ordering it.
If the product is under warranty, we will replace it with the same item in working condition without any additional costs. If that item no longer exists, we'll offer a full refund or customer credit.
Items that don't fit the customer vehicle can be returned within 30 days but the original shipping fee and return shipping fees are to be paid by the customer. To avoid wrong fitment, please double check the part number with the manufacturer's website before ordering. We do everything we can to ensure correct information on the website but are not responsible for wrong part numbers.
All prices on website are in CAD unless otherwise specified.
Special orders are items that are not stocked at our warehouses and often, items that the manufacturer builds on an as-ordered basis. If this is the case we will contact you by email or phone to confirm details. You will not be charged any additional fees for special orders. If you would like to know beforehand if your item is special order, please email or call us.
The photos and the descriptions on the website are posted with our best intentions to educate you on your purchase. In some cases they are generic photos from manufacturers and not your exact part. Please ensure first and foremost that the part number is correct for your vehicle by consulting manufacturer website. Returns because images were different than the part delivered can be returned if requested under our normal return policy.
Any information collected is never shared with or sold to 3rd parties. You may request us to delete your information at any time by contacting us.
